GENES is a public institution of a scientific, cultural and professional nature, whose missions are teaching, research and dissemination of information in the fields of economics, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, management, finance, insurance, quantitative human and social sciences, information processing and analysis, and computer science.

GENES includes two grandes écoles, ENSAE Paris and ENSAI, with which CREST (Centre de Recherche en Économie et Statistique) is associated.

This platform for the deposit and consultation of scientific articles produced by CREST researchers aims to contribute to the development of open access to scientific information, to optimize the visibility and influence of CREST in its fields of expertise, and to ensure the long-term preservation of the scientific production of its researchers.
